Located at the intersection of Taylor and Huger Streets, this structure serves as the catalyst for development along the Congaree Vista. The building consists of five stories of administrative space with 2 levels of parking below. The building exterior is compiled of granitites architectural pre-cast panels with high efficiency, insulated glazing. The first level has a series of terraces overlooking the heavily landscaped site; the third level has a landscaped terrace facing the river.

The first floor includes a business resource center and multi-purpose areas to be used by AT&T and the public for special events. All other floors are a blend of specific offices and open office concepts.
