This complex, built in the early 1970's, stood in need of rehabilitation by the mid-1980's. Our general partnership acquired the property and substantially rebuilt it. The property was financed by a South Carolina State Housing Finance Authority Revenue Bond and rented to low to moderate-income tenants (the "80-20" program).
