Located in Richmond County in the Rockingham Industrial Park. The building consists of a conventional steel frame with concrete pre-cast exterior. This facility is equipped with a supper flat floor with an integrated wire guidance system and a state of the art materials management system. The building also has numerous loading docks and administrative offices. This project was designed and constructed to meet the special needs of Sara lee and it was constructed using the multi prime concept.
