Saundra Jennings Sloan

Mrs. Sloan is a native of Columbia, South Carolina. She began her career in the '80's with US Capital Corporation, a resort development company. She worked with the legal department in land sales registration and prior to leaving the company; she was promoted to Land Sales Registration Administrator. US Capital Corporation closed its operation and she joined RPR & Associates, where she worked as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Operations. In the 90's, she purchased one commercial cleaning contract from a local company to start a full service commercial cleaning company. Within two years, Mrs. Sloan had acquired over a million dollars in business. She formed a post construction division which cleaned over a million square feet in one year, including North Charleston Coliseum, SC Postal Service Distribution Center and Fort Jackson's renovation of existing barracks. She employed over two hundred persons and had divisions in Columbia, Charleston and Statesville, North Carolina.

Mrs. Sloan joined Foster, Saad & Company in 1995.   Since that time, she has successfully managed, leased and sold commercial properties. She currently manages over half a million square feet and handles all leasing and sales involved with said properties.  She is also responsible for handling all leasing negotiations and construction upfit of said properties.   In addition to this, Ms. Sloan has listings for sales and leasing of various commercial properties. 

In 2007, Ms. Sloan joined Great Southern Management in charge of operations.
